• What we do not collect here: we do not ask for bank account or routing numbers through this website. Where ACH payment is selected, banking details are collected later over a secure, verified channel.

2. How We Use It

• To review and process carrier applications and respond to enquiries.
• To arrange freight, coordinate dispatch, and administer the services you request.
• To meet legal, insurance and FMCSA record-keeping obligations.
• To improve the website and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Sharing

We share information only where it is needed to deliver the service you asked for: with shippers and dispatch partners to arrange loads, with insurance agents, factoring companies or equipment providers where you have asked us to set those up, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

Application and transportation records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to satisfy legal and regulatory retention periods, and are then deleted or anonymised.
